  • The return of the unused item must be done within 45 days of purchase.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
  • The actual refund amount is subject to item discounts, tax, and item condition.
  • If you utilize a return label from Oliviera, a return fee of $10 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear on your original form of payment.
  • Fees related to original shipping are not refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return request if it does not comply with these policies.
